The Catholic Daughters of the Americas strives to embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality, and the advancement of human rights and human dignity for all. CDA was founded in 1903 by John E. Carberry and other Knights of Columbus as a charitable, benevolent, and patriotic sorority for Catholic women. Court 2805 at Our Lady of the Black Hills was established in 2024. They are currently working on establishing Court 2805's guidelines and operating procedures. In addition they support the parish in many ways and their members serve in many ministries in the parish including the funeral committee, liturgical ministry, as members of the Pastoral Council and more.
