March 28 & 29, 2003, was the time for nineteen of our young people and six adults to live on clear liquids and sleep in boxes for 30 hours in the hope of raising money for World Vision and the local Love INC of the Black Hills.

These people stopped eating at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 28th. They gathered together at OLBH at 5 p.m. and cook the soup supper for the people attending the Stations of the Cross. On Saturday, they split into groups to do various service projects around the area:

• Cleaned for a parishioner who is recovering from surgery
• Cleared the raspberry patch and garden at OLBH
• Painted a bedroom and bathroom for Fr. Mark
• Worked for Love INC on projects they needed help with
• Visited several of the homebound and elderly parishioners of OLBH

Some of the seniors of the Class of 2003 and Fr. Mark prepared the "break-fast" meal on Saturday night. (Fr. Mark fasted as well).

The group raised over $1,000.
