The Parish Community of Our Lady of the Black Hills Catholic Church is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

We collect information from our users at several different points on our web site.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. We generate cookies on some pages to ensure to ensure proper navigation. Forms

As a convenience to our Parishioners, we do offer online forms for a number of purposes. The forms currently available will vary. Some of the forms include, but are not limited to, registering as a new member of our Parish, updating the current registration information, signing up for classes and programs such as Youth Formation and Vacation Bible School, Prayer Petition Requests, etc. This information is not permanently stored on the server, unless otherwise noted on the form. As required, some of the information may be provided to the Diocese of Rapid City. In most cases, your computer's IP Address will be automatically included in the information submitted on the form. The sole purpose of including your computer's IP Address is to help track down potential abusers.
